Any advice on getting the hubs unseized so I can get it rolling again?

I guess this is a 4WD truck? It's not real clear to me exactly what you are working on or what's wrong with it.

In any case, some Kroil or PB Blaster penetrating oil is likely to be part of the solution.

If you have seized wheel bearings, what you are looking at is just disassemble and replace the bearings.

Do you have the brake drums off or are you trying to remove the drums and they are seized?

I am betting it’s the brakes that are stuck. As already pointed out get out the hammer and start whacking away. DO NOT HIT THE LUG STUDS!!. You might also be able to stick a pry bar between the drum and the backing plate and get some leverage to help move things along.

Break drum is likely set. PB blaster apply some heat and get a BFH. I am also guessing you will want to remove the castle nut and slide the hub off. When applying heat also apply heat to the outside of the raceway where the bearings set.

May be possible to back off the adjuster on the drum brakes, a shop manual will describe what you need to do, it's easy to do but not easy to describe. You would end up working under the car if you do this so if you lift it, take precautions so it stays lifted rather than fall on you.
