I have a tool box for my truck sitting in ym garage, but I do not want to drill holes in the top of the bed rails.

I found this item....Daws Better Built/Grip Rite universal tool box mounting kit for no drill installation (29510402) | | AutoZone.com

It's supposed to allow you to install a tool box in the bed of your truck w/o drilling holes. However I do not know how good they are....so I wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and if so, how good were they?

I also found these....http://speedlatch.net/product.htm
