Nope

The Henry J and its twin, the Sears Allstate, were both manufactured by Kaiser Motors--but this car was not made by Kaiser Motors.
Nor, was it an English Ford!
This less-popular make was American, however.

Correct!

Specifically, it is a '53 Willys Aero Lark (not to be confused with the Studebaker Lark of the '60s).

Willys made this nice compact car from '51-'55, and it featured room for 6 because it had an interior that was actually quite wide when you consider its fairly short overall length.

After Willys was bought-out by Kaiser Industries, the dies were taken to South America, where the car (with a facelift) was made and sold for at least another 10 years.
