I also am a owner of a Squarebody Chevy PU, mines a 1983 Scottdale C20, my asking price for this truck, if I was inclined to sell it would be about 4K. In Merc64 post he mentioned the forum for the Chevy owners, I also subscribe to this forum. The truck he has posted on ebay has the right price for the condition and add ons, 6500.00 to 7000.00. Most who buy these trucks are wanting a vintage chevy pickup something they can drive everyday and it looks good also. The squarebody chevys are making a come back in the pickup collectors market, they're easy to work on, aftermarket parts are everywhere and they look great.
As for the title, if you had to have one your bill of sale could get you a title if I read that right for Georgia.
Merc64 it's a nice looking truck, you're right value is in the eye of the buyer, and most buyers aren't paying year 2005 prices for old iron anymore. That's just the facts. I had trouble selling a restored 71 Chevelle that had a built big block with forged internals, factory buckets, 12 bolt posi, dual exhaust...I was lucky to get $8k for it. It was as nice as your truck and it had a title. But hey there's an ass for every seat right? GLWS.
For $350 you should be able to get at least a 2003 ford.
