I can see full EV's working as subcompact 3rd cars, where ppl take rail lines in from far-flungs suburbs to parking hubs in the metro area & then disperse for a short commute to the office. With current battery technology I can't see them as real replacements for the family sedan/crossover.

Well i'm not about to uproot my life to move to a bungalow in suburbia to accommodate the car?
I think at 65 and retired i kinda like living in the city and if i cant plug in an electric then the auto makers will have to get more charging stations available for those of us who cant charge the car up from home..
