my toyota corolla got t-boned 2 months ago, i had it fixed everything looks fine.
friday night it rained so heavy for about an hour while i was driving.
i notice a bad smell inside my car 2 days ago.
it was from my car's compartment's carpet that was very wet. there's also a plastic container inside the compartment located on the right side that's 1/2" inch full of water.

i think they didnt fixed my car correctly and now my compartment is not water tight sealed.
the rain was unusually heavy though for about an hour

If a car wash high pressure hose won't get water into the car, then no amount or intensity of rain should either. In any case, your situation is a matter of "this didn't happen before the crash and subsequent repair" so I would definitely take the car back to the repair shop, if I were you.

They didn't get something (door? window?) to seal correctly after the repair. Take it back and have them look at it. Might be nothing more than a needed adjustment.

My older car had some annoying leaks that were from loose weather stripping and a sagging headliner frame on the inside roof of the car. It was a trial and effort to push them back in place and reglue the stripping but I eventually got the leaks to stop. I even did a pretty nifty job of stapling the sagging headliner fabric back up.
Cars should be completley weather tight and their interiors dry no matter how bad the rain. I'll never have a sunroof or a convertible for that reason, too many complaints about leaks.
