Hate?
I think that is an emotion that is best reserved for mass murderers, dictators, and others who materially impact the lives of others in a harmful way.
Somehow, I think that folks who get so deeply involved in things like sports and automotive affairs that they develop lists of teams or car brands that they "hate" really need to learn what is important in the total scheme of their lives, and what is unimportant in the long run.
Cars and sports exist in order to benefit us, through functionality or enjoyment on some level. If a particular make of car does not please me, or does not function in a way that meets my needs, I will not buy it again. IMHO, to compile a Richard Nixon-style "enemies list" is just not a productive or healthy use of my time. You may differ of course.
I have a very hard time summoning-up hatred for an inanimate object.

I think you have never owned a Fiat.
In general I dislike most European brands, especially German brands.. But I really like Italian cars and culture..
None of them, each company makes a car that serves a purpose...this thread would have been more beneficial with "Which of these brands do you love, or like" I bet you'd get more responses. I like several of the brands, the only dislike is Ford but that's based on High School preferences...and I even "Like" for for their business success, and some of their recent designs...I guess i just wasn't a mustang person....now a Ford GT on the other hand.
This is a dumb thread. It isn't close to a complete list at all. It doesn't include Chrysler, one of the more controversial auto companies because of its two bailouts and twice foreign ownership.
It also mixes "brand" with corporation. Chevrolet is a brand, and doesn't have distinct corporate practices of its own (different from General Motors).
The list blends Kia/Hyundai, two related brands, but doesn't include all the GM brands. Or the Ford brands. What about VW/Porsche/Audi?

Don't forget Bentley, Lamborghini, and Buggati...all under the VW umbrella...along with a few others not offered in the states. But we don't need to include those.
