So this Navigator in traffic has so much chrome it slightly resembled a space ship from a bad planet. Windows pillars-chrome, gas door-chrome, giant rims chrome with no definition and about every plasti-chrome tacky stick on accessory in the walmart car aisle. At least 40 pine trees hanging from the mirror. Even the windows were tinted with that outdated mirror tint!

I had to share only because It made my day!

Whats the tackiest thing you can do to a car?

I laugh at the kids here...old civics drowned in plastic chrome, down to the fake air scoop on the hood. Looks like sh*t and they think they have a bad*ss car!

Yeah, and they're the exhaust too, so you can burn your hands off when touching them.

The front looks like a Cressida.

What I really hate is the fake chrome trim that goes on the edge of the doors over the B-pillar. The purpose of that area being black is so your eyes aren't drawn to it, this trim does the opposite.

and suicide doors at that.

back in the 50s customs were tastefully done. in the 60s and 70s it was mostly wild paint jobs, and chrome. the 80s brought us billet aluminum, the 90s brought us the ricer, and now we have lambo doors on donk cars. whats next?
