I've never driven in a RHD country, but having been behind the wheel of a few RHD vehicles, I think I would be more comfortable driving a LHD vehicle in a RHD country.

Haven't had the opportunity to drive on the left side of the road, but did get to drive overseas in Germany. Was surprising simple, their stop signs said "STOP", yield signs were the same, merging traffic signs were a little different and 4 lane roundabouts could confuse a bit...but not much. All in all, I think we did a decent job of imitating the Germans with our road system...we do have much better "back country" roads, while their interstate system is phenomenal.
