is driving a car for 1/2 mile(dentist to my place) after taking 5 mg valium for a dental procedure illegal? I could go on and on but I just want to word this briefly. I want to avoid having to take a cab back and forth. i could walk but im a little lazy. a co worker told me if it were her and only 1/2 mile., she would drive
i had a petscan for cancer a few weeks ago. although i took a cab back and forth cause the place was 6 miles away, i didn't feel that tired.
just curious what others think and no, i have never driven after taking a sedative
the valium is due to my suffering from panic attacks since last year which have caused me to cancel several appointments

It is in California. You would get sighted for VC 23152(a) DUI with no BAC. I know someone who has gotten sighted for exactly that two times. I guess he didn't learn his lesson the first time.
well, you take the 5 mg pill 30 mins prior to the procedure. last time the pill kicked in in about 20 mins after i took it for the petscan. this procedure won't be any more than 15-30 mins so by the time i leave, the valium will not have worn off. but i think i will just walk over and then decide if i would walk back or cab it like suzy said
just a side question tho wouldn't you actually have to be stopped for committing a crime for them to test your blood? even if stopped for a minor violation if the cop shined a flashlight in your eyes would they show evidence of valium?
When I saw the title, I thought this was going to be about fuel economy. That is about 200,000 miles per gallon, using a valium additive in the tank.
