Best - Honda Accord 2000, drove that for 180k miles and the only issue I had was that I needed to replace the transmission around 100k miles (haven't had a issue with the car beyond that).

Worst - Chrystler Town and Country, my dad owned this van and it broke down all the time. Got left stranded once driving in the snow.

Best-1993 Nissan Sentra. It was 6 when I bought it,11 when the front end pretty much disintegrated. But the 5 years I had it she only had 1 problem with stalling that was easily fixed.I forget what it was, though.I just remember I had it back the next day.Second best, gaining on the Sentra,is the 1999 Accord I currently have.
Worst-2005 Saturn Ion.I've listed the issues in another thread.Too many problems for a new car to have.

GMC 2500 CrewCab Pickup- 170K+ miles in 8 years (from new). 3 sets of tires, 2 sets of batteries, one front brake job, one wheel bearing and a water pump.........Truck was stupid reliable and I actually was sad to trade it but met the new owner and heard good things (another 25K miles travelled, one used set of tires and a gauge cluster off ebay for $50).

I can't say there was a worst but have been disappointed with a couple over the years which resulted in lemon law cases.

Best 1978 Honda Civic. This car took a licking from me when I was a teenage first time driver.

Don't have a worst, they all have been good to me.
