1. My Boss, focuses solely on the car in front of him, pays no attention to further up the road. Yells at people for doing something then does the same thing.

2. The ex wife. When on the interstate, rather than changing lanes before overtaking a slower vehicle, will slow down to pace said vehicle, then change lanes and speed up.

On my way home there's an intersection that's very hard to get out of during rush our. The last 5 times a car was waiting I slowed and flashed my high beam a few times to indicate I'm letting them go, and they just sit there. I don't offer any more.

This one is relatively new around here, at least to me. You're sitting at a red light on a two lane city street. As soon as the light turns green, the person facing you coming in the other direction hits the gas and turns left right in front of you. Oh, and if you beep your horn at him/ her, they give you the finger!

I've seen that hundreds of times when I lived in South Minneapolis. It's definitely not new. Oh, and I agree with your post.

Slowly passing (driving next to) when one clearly should see a trouble ahead in the slow lane (like very slow moving truck, emergency vehicle on the shoulder, debris on the road, etc.). That's how many traffic jams are made.

That happens a lot here, but to be honest if you're on King Street (the main street) you're never turning left during peak traffic if you don't do that.

lol
Its pretty much the same in my area as well.
Similar incident where I felt like being a nice guy and broke to let another car in ahead of me and I guess the other driver was confused and broke as well. I ended up flooring so that at least he/she would have some room to merge behind me.

Here are a few of my fav's...keep in mind I live in Fl.

Come to complete stop, ok to turn right on red, sit there, and sit there until the light turns green. Mostly women and old folks. Although texters use this ploy too, so they can text.

In passing lane going 20 miles under speed limit, planning to turn left in the next mile or two, gotta be ready.

Have left turn signal on, proceed to turn right or not turn at all, signal is on for miles.

Won't turn left unless they are in the "green arrow" time set, light is green, plenty of time to turn, no, we'll just sit here and wait.

Turning left into a shopping center, have to edge into the right lane to make their big
turn, you'd think that they were attempting to turn a semi.

poor merging on freeways. Why can't this be done smoothly?

I try to judge who is going to reach the gore point first. If I am going to get there first, I'll speed up to ensure that it is by a wide margin. If the other guy is outpacing me, however, I'll back off the gas a little to ensure that he gets there first by a wide margin. The problem is, some people can't figure this out, and when I speed up, they speed up too, or conversely when I slow down, they slow down too.
