Shop Questions
Yes... Build the BIGGEST and best shop you can (prefferebaly with an apartment)
My Neighbor has an 80x200' ft shop with 22' eaves.
That is a pretty nice size. (He has a 2 story + a loft apartment in one end with marble / stainless / Cherry.) Decent abode! Low taxes.
oh... op... yes^^^ best to cut your losses NOW. THEN (if you really like these things... do a Nationwide craigslist search for ONE OWNER / BY OWNER. I usually pick my best deals up in TX or GA (no rust, if away from ocean).
If the OWNER crys when you drive it away, it was probably well cared for (happens more than you would imagine). I NEVER will buy from a used car stealer. I will RENT a $9.95 Enterprise car before I will buy USED from a business.
Take a look at the tires, If they are SAME and QUALITY brand (not Goodrich or Firestone) then the owner probably cared for it (even if tread is worn).
If oil filter is a FRAM / STP / / Pennzoil / purolator... Run away... you want to see a QUALITY filter... Fleetguard, Baldwin... Synthetic oil is a PLUS and in Ford SUV's; Synthetic Tranny and transfer case fluid is a MUST (too hot for dino oil).
Go for a BIG shop (good advice) (your kids can play roller hockey and basketball)
