I bought 1999 quest nissan 5 months ago which i realize it now a LEMON have driven 3 times the dealership said they had fix it but no reciept. I still owe $$ how can sell it or what HELP!!
What does your purchase contract state about the warranty?
Better: presumably if the same problem recurs, what does the wording of the warranty say about the repair?
"Lemon," hmm. The vehicle is at least 14-15 years old. Yeah, there's going to be problems with it even if your current problems are fixed. The problems will continue to be expensive to repair because (a) the van is old, and (b) you're bringing the vehicle to a shop rather than doing it yourself, or tackling the issue with a few friends (hopefully car enthusiasts) and an incentive, and a repair manual.
If you can't keep up with the repairs, sell it.
You may wish to look for help with negotiating the price of your next vehicle once you've paid off your car note. You should not need a loan to buy a vehicle that is 1.5 decades old.

The best advice that I can give the OP is to have a friend or relative, who can communicate clearly in the English language, re-post the question.
Because of the way that the post is currently phrased, it is extremely difficult to understand what the OP is trying to say, and thus, it is very difficult to provide any relevant advice.
There is a NJ lemon law that applies to Used cars, but they can not be any older than 7 years old, must have less then 100k miles on them, must be purchased from a dealer (private sales excluded), must cost more than $3,000, and if the dealer sells the car As-IS, your out of luck. In this case, after the sale the dealer has no obligation to you far as I can see.

Buy something newer, and trade in the Nissan You will not get what you owe but the lender can include the remainder of the payoff in the loan on the newer one as long as you can come up with a down payment and have decent credit. Buying a 14 year old vehicle is a gamble. It's probably not a lemon but just worn out.

Sell it, fix it, use it as a yard ornament. Those are your choices. Well, not really, since you owe on it and it's worthless, anyway.
Lemon is a legal term, so throwing it around won't get you anywhere. I don't know of ANY locale that would deem a 14-year old vehicle as a lemon.
You're on your own.
Then again, buying a 14-year old vehicle makes it quite likely that you went through a buy here-pay here dealer. Beg 'em to let you trade for a less likely POS. Of course, that's saying something, since that is what most BHPH lots sell for what they charge for a vehicle...
