I smoke like a dragon day and night--where am I supposed to but my cig butt when driving?

Are there any car manufacturers that offer this a customized option--I mean common it used to be standard.

Most manufactures sell a "smokers kit" that will incude an ash try and lighter.

You mean you don't just toss it out the window like so many other smokers I see? Kudos to you!

But seriously, I think you can get ashtrays that fit in cup holders now. The old style lighters should still work in the "power adapter". Some manufacturers still offer a "smoker's package", but it doesn't come by default. You'd have to request it when ordering your car or buy it aftermarket.

Smoking is bad for your car too.

I have noticed that even the ardent smokers I know don't smoke in their cars anymore, it kills the resale value. I do join with the previous poster in thanking you for not tossing your butts out the window!

Shocked to find out new cars don't come with ashtrays or cigarette lighters.
Take that as a hint.
It is past the time to quit.

Fill a cup with water, place it in your cupholder and use that or don't smoke while driving.

Buy just by an aftermarket knock off OEM one from Pep boys or MOPAC
