3 and one of them belongs to my partner. However I can drive to where I keep the other two cars which belong to me and pick them up at almost any time.
I've got two cars: a Mazdaspeed6 and a modified Miata. My roommate has a 98 Volvo S70, a miata, and a BMW 2002 (all of which I can justgrab and drive).
Then there's my friends cars, that I can "grab and go" (provided that I went to their house first). That's a long list. One friend has a Miata, an RX7, and a BMW 318ti (previously owned by me) that I can drive whenever. His roommate (another friend) has 3 BMW M3's (E36 generation), and an RX7. Another friend has a Nissan 300ZX that I can drive whenever I want. At another friends house, there's 3 Miatas that are all up for grabs. One of my more well-off friends has a Mercedes CLS63 AMG I can borrow (he's also got a brand new Audi S8, which he lets me drive on occasion -- but I can't just show up and grab the keys).
If I'm back out east, visiting family, there's all sorts of cars I can grab and go. A Ford Expedition, 3 Nissan Titans, a Nissan Murano, and a 1975 VW Beetle (mine, but it's back out east). Then there's the farm trucks (family farm, back out east): 2x 1978 Chevy Blazers (retired military trucks), and a 1988 Isuzu Trooper.
So that's 26, that I could literally grab the keys and take (provided I was at the right location). This isn't including the car dealership my family owns (back out east as well). I can grab whatever off the lot, but the selection and amount is always changing. If we're just talking about cars at my house, then 5.
I should explain: my friends and I are young, and we're all gearheads. We're pretty open about sharing cars. "You can drive mine if I can drive yours" mentality. The Ford and two of the Titans are my parents -- I can take any of them, no problem, when I'm visiting. The other Titan and the Murano are my grandparents. They're getting too old to drive, so when I'm visiting and helping them out, I've got full access to their cars. I also keep my Beetle at my grandparents house (air cooled doesn't work well in Arizona). The farm trucks sit on a few hundred acres near my grandparents. The Trooper is mine, but they're all fair game. The dealership is owned by my uncle, but when I visit I've got full choice. It's a Nissan dealer, but I usually grab something off the used lot (why put miles on a new car?).
6x cars, 2x motorbikes, 1x Quad bike which are all on the property and I have 'spare' keys to the cars belonging to my sons which are not on the property.
I also have the keys to 2x old tractors in a barn in a neighbouring field which are technically mine (they were on the property when I bought it) but i've never driven them although they do/did start about a month ago.
