You sure it's belt? It is very easy to take idler pulley or w-pump noise for belt noise.
Very similarly, my Silverado w-pump was squealing on cold and noise will go away in about ten minutes. Brought it to friend mechanic, told him to replace w-pump he calls me back and says - pump is in great condition, no play, we kept truck overnight, started cold, no noise, so he replaced idler pulley(again).
Sure enough, I did that pump myself in March.
So either get a stethoscope or simply piece of garden hose and pin point noise source.
Or, you may have one of the components, belt runs through, crooked, causing all this. I found on son's Eclipse, when alternator was replaced, they did not drive one of the mounting bolts all the way, as it was hard to do, so alternator set crooked, resulting in belt and alternator failure in less than a year after replacement.

I put a new Gatorback belt on my YJ, only to have it start chirping here and there two months later. Convinced that it wasn't the brand new belt, I started trying to track it down. I changed the upper idler pully, it went away.....for an hour. I changed the lower....made it a day. Changed the fan clutch.....two days.

Put the old belt back on...........................its been there for 5 months lol.

It could be the idler or if it has a tensioner it could be that and sometimes like on a ford I had there's an idler on the tensioner. Don't know about Nissan but on a ford I had in half years some came with plastic idlers and some were steel. If it's an idler and plastic, try and replace it with a steel one.
