I am not a moron,I DONT NEED A BLINDING LIGHT in my face to see a car on the road IN BROAD DAY LIGHT!!
Whoevers idea it was to start having lights on cars DURING THE DAY was a complete moron!! (Its easier seeing the cars that DONT HAVE LIGHTS ON (Older cars) AS ITS NOT BLASTING YOU IN THE FACE!!!!!!!!)
This is just 1 thing i totally hate about the way things have gone in this world
Ummm, its a fact that you will see a car sooner with DRL's then without. There are some cars, not many that run the high beams at 50% power for DRL's, but those are not that bright. Maybe you are seeing some idiots just driving around with their high beams on during the day? Those are bright and annoying, but I have yet to see any OEM DRL that is that bright.

The frequency of cars turning in front of motorcycles having bright halogen headlights on during the day says there are many morons who apparently whupped upside the head before they'll notice anything.
