And it's driving me crazy when I have the window down. Is it insulation issues? It's not happening with the driver side, and we have another 2010 Accord, which is what it is, and that doesn't have the problem. It didn't make this sound when I first got it about a month ago. I just noticed it a couple days ago.

It was certified used and everything, so I'm assuming whatever the problem is, will be fixed under warranty. But could I guess that it's something wrong with some kind of, seal?

Does the plastic have a hole, or a crack in it? Are you sure the passenger door is shut tight?

I had the same problem with a 2010 Hyundai Sonata that I bought used. At some point the passenger side mirror had been broken off and when it was replaced the body shop did not replace a rubber gasket/seal that is between the door and mirror assembly.
