Car buffs would automatically dismiss the Mustang and Camaro because they were not 2 seaters (even if a year was not given). Boxster and Celica are out for the reason you posted, so it only leaves the Tbird and Corvette. The answer was the car was introduced as a two seater.
East for me would just be years. I'm not a huge classic car nut, but I know that only the Corvette and T-Bird were around in the '50s, and then you have the iconic '57 Corvette. It's a much harder question when they don't give you a list of potential answers.

Yeah I should have listed cars around in the 50s or just make it an open ended question like it was originally on Jeopardy.
