Take a pick. My favorite are folks doing U-turms in middle of FWY, 2 wheels falling off a trailer, and 18 wheeler apparently oblivious to pushing a passenger car in front of him
I know that we all complain about bad drivers in the US, but it seems like Russia, China, and India share the award for worst drivers. I realize the video is Japanese, but I've seen worse from the Chinese dash cams.
Do they just not know or care about rules of the road? Have they not been taught the laws of physics?

I'm pretty sure in those countries, Russia that the very least, motorists are required to have a dashcam for insurance purposes.
I garuntee if that was the law here in North America, we'd see the exact same crap, and probably on a much larger scale.
There's actually an interesting wisdom to that video, when several cars do U-turns in the middle of FWY, and you watch that, and think - must be some local spot for idiots to show there stupidity - UNTIL YOU SEE THAT WAVE COMING.
Wisdom is - don't judge driver in front of you, unless you absolutely can tell, WHY is HE doing what he is doing. As he is likely to see a little bit better ahead of him, than you can. Many times got I pissed at slowpokes in front of me, just to find out, that they were covering view of the real culprit in front of THEM.
