My million buck toy collection would include an abandoned car dealership with garage and lifts as well as a GM Station wagon for every decade since the 40's. Add a new Subaru Outback for daily driving and Factory Five Daytona GT for grins.

You guys all dream small..! Here is the ultimate man cave/dream garage. It did go slightly over your cost guideline, however.
The two garages shown here, both owned by one guy, probably total more millions than you can count...
Still, I think everyone should have something like this...
