Haha - you're having all trouble with these last couple posts, aren't you?
I'll be the first to admit that I get kind of pissy when people mindlessly run down ethanol, because most of them do so in complete ignorance.
But what you're talking about is right. There's something about what extreme temperatures do to the stuff. Alcohol and gasoline vaporize at different temperatures. There are variances in extreme cold, too. I don't know the science behind it, but I do know that within normal operating temperatures, you'll have no problems. But some of the extremes (Alaska being one) can present some difficulties.
Also, alcohol evaporates at a different rate than does gasoline. That's why some people have experienced serious problems by leaving a lawn mower half-full of ethanol-blend gas over the winter. The alcohol has evaporated, and there's some gummy crap in the gas tank & line.

I'm with GL and NJ and thos in concurrence, it's got to be fuel related. I wish people would post year make model engine size, it's like getting blood from a stone.
I need a part for my car.
OK, what kind of car do you jave?
Um, it's blue.
OK, that makes my job really easy.

My car is now operational and ready for deployment. I couldn't resolve any of the issues on my own so I caved in and had my car towed to a repair center. Last night I walked to a gas station in sub zero weather to get Heet and some other stuff, but I guess that is more for prevention rather than ad hoc treatment.
Turns out nobody was wrong, as there were multiple issues that needed to be resolved.
Defective Alternator
Defective Fuel Pump
Defective Battery
Bad Fuel Filter
Total cost was around $1,200.
And sorry for not disclosing the year/make/model of my vehicle. It is uncommon enough in my present area that I was paranoid that someone hell-bent on stalking me some day could use that information along with other puzzle pieces I have already disclosed in other forums to cross reference my identity.
Thanks for all the help.

Injectors can go short to ground, and cause the injector driver to heat and shut down until cooled. Fuel, air, and Spark is where I'd start, because everything else is just a guess.

2000 Nissan Maximum GLE V6. I have a similar problem. Car sat outside for a year. I came back from over seas. Car won't start. Replace battery. Car starts. Stutters 2-3 minutes chokes, car shakes, it then shuts off. Always same routine. Drove less than 3 min. Stutters , shakes, it shuts down. When step on gas, theres not much power. Can't climb a hill or speedup. It doesn't go any faster when you floor the peddle. I spent a lot of time keep turning the car on to use up all the gas in tank, refill empty tank, then adding dry gas , cycling out gas and refill still no help. Dealer replace spark plugs, mass air flow sensor, ignition coils, checked fuel pump pressure. Paid a lot of money. Still they don'know what's wrong. They said will replace parts but won't guarantee it'll work, but still get charged. Now I'm out a lot of cash and car still same problem. I search online , they mention might be fuel filter. Does anyone know what the problem is? I read online there is a lot issue with vehicle with this similar problem. Does anyone have similar issue and came up with a fix? Appreciate anyone with replies.
