My 05 towncar gives a beeping sound about 30 sec. after starting and every 30 min. after that as long as ignition is on. The beeps are 5 pause 5 pause etc, for a total of 25 beeps. 5 5 5 5 5 then repeats every 30 min.
Any body with similar experience & fix?

Visited lincoln dealer got a code read. Either restraints control module , seat belt assembly, or seat belt pretensioner. They tried to tie it to the air bags. Air bag light comes on for 5-10 seconds and goes out like it is supposed to. There best guess is replace the entire passenger seat belt assembly, $800. But that is their guess, don't need guesses. Must be a better way. Oh, does not flash air bag code 33-34. Owners manual does not address this.

Any other thoughts, jimmy
Find a Lincoln forum and look for other people who have had that problem. You're probably not the first.
Got a problem: 2005 Town Car Air Bag light (drivers side) flashes 3 times than 4 times ( I think that is 34 ) then it repeats the same thing 3 times, after which it stays ON. How can I look it up on the list with codes? Where can I find list with the "Air Bag" codes?
This has to be no "hit OR miss repair", Those are not affordable in my budget!
OP I had a recent customer who had this on her '03. They replaced the airbag computer module and it turned out to be the seat belt.
