I am 28 years old. So 12 years of legal ownership.

1977 Firebird
1979 Trans Am
1986 Z28
1985 Trans Am
1990 IROC-Z
1992 Z28
1989 RS
1989 IROC-Z
1998 Formula Firebird
2001 Camaro SS
1989 Mustang 5.0
1988 Mustang 5.0
1990 Jeep Cherokee
1997 Jeep Cherokee
1999 Jeep Cherokee
1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee
1998 Silverado
1985 K5 Blazer
1976 International Scout II
1991 Toyota Supra Turbo
1990 Toyota Supra NA
1992 Prelude Si
1993 Sentra SE-R
1985 Toyota 4Runner (Front Solid Axle + EFI!)
2001 Camaro Convertible V6
2003 BMW E46
2006 Honda CBR600RR
1997 Toyota PU
1995 Chevrolet Astro AWD
1992 Chevrolet Astro RWD
2003 Chevrolet Cavalier
2014 Nissan Versa Note (Current 40MPG commuter).

Sad thing is, that's not everything. Just all I can recall off the top of my head.

It's a damn disease. Buy cheap, fix, play with, sell, repeat. The 89 Fox Mustang was a 10 Second car. The 86 Z28, I built with my dad in HS, mild 355/T5, 3.73s etc. Fun HS car, the Scout II was my first car, paid $600 from my old man neighbor, my dad and I rebuilt the straight 6, and I drove it for a while, eventually selling it to fund the 85 K5 Blazer, that I later sold to fund the 86 Z28...So this "disease", as you can see, it started while I was young.

1971 VW Fastback. Total piece of garbage but I only paid $300 for it.
1988 Bronco ll. A money pit after 120,000 miles.
1999 Saturn SL 1. Cheap, but very reliable.

24 years of driving.
The wife and I decided to make a list just out of curiosity and to figure out why we got rid of the cars we did.

- 81 AMC Eagle (wrecked 3 days after I got my license)
- 77 Firebird
- 84 RX-7
- 95 Grand Cherokee
- 97 Dodge Neon
- 00 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner
- 00 Hyundai Elantra
- 94 Chevy K2500
- 04 Hyundai Elantra (wrecked)
- 03 GMC Sierra
- 99 Ford Contour (POS; Engine seized after a few months)
- 03 Saturn Vue
- 97 Dodge Ram 2500 (Cummins) *
- 10 Jeep Patriot *
- 06 Suzuki DL650
- 12 Ford Fiesta *

I surmised that the earlier vehicles were due to capricious youth. The latter were family, career and relocation necessities.
