Glue fell in rear mirror and got struck on this (Accord, name)

Hi,

In my Accord rear mirror, Glue fell in rear mirror and got struck on this.

I asked machanic he said check with Autozone shop , in that shop they given one liquid(don't know the name) but still it not clean that.

While driving in night /snow it's invisible and difficult for me to drive.

Please anyone give suggestion /tip to clean that.
