I'm new here, so I never saw the prior discussion on the video, but I'll point out that the cop isn't trolling the guy. That's actually the telling part. Notice how the cop just drives behind the car? That's because the cop knows that he can't make the guy move over or do anything other than drive behind it. If we all "trolled" each other like that, people would be better drivers.

I'm glad it was reposted because I made a thread with it on the Long Island forum. Probably a third of all Long Island drivers are the narcissistic type who self-righteously hog the left lanes and hold up countless people each and every day. That, and everyone yapping on a cell phone while driving because they just gotta close that million dollar deal right away!

Then when you try to pass them on the right. They drive faster to stop you.

I hate it when slow drivers hog the left lane. It causes problems and it just ain't right.. I drive slow and easy so I stay in the far right lane.

I had the opposite happen to me. I was following an undercover cop in the left lane. When I found an opening I went to pass him. Once I was in front of him, he turned on his lights and moved his hand up and down palm-side down, to tell me to slow down. Luckily I wasn't pulled over that day.

I bet the person in that car never even had a clue why the cop did that.
