Let's be just a little bit honest about something here; there are drivers out there, I'll grant you not very many, that are either oblivious to their surroundings or are just obstinate about getting in the passing lane and going well below the speed limit [like, say, 63 where the speed limit is 70]. Sometimes they'll even take their time passing other vehicles that are in the right lane, effectively blocking traffic where there's only 2 travel lanes available. Sometimes, its two trucks doing this for several miles at a stretch. This does happen.
It happens often enough that KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS signs come into existence.
And often enough that the WA state patrol did a video about it.

Call an ambulance, and preform c.p.r
And if the person doesn't know c.p.r.? Waiting for the ambulance might be the absolute worst option.

If you know she can't hold it in, pull over and call an ambulance.
Or, you know, drive to the hospital so she can have the baby in a sanitary environment, rather than on the side of the road waiting for the ambulance to get there.

Firefighters at the station answer calls.
Firefighters are not always at the station.

It didn't know paramedics worked like that, seems pretty dumb.
Well, they do. In small towns, they can't always afford to pay someone a full-time salary to sit around and wait all the time, so they call them in as they are needed.

Call the police
And 911 tells you the nearest cop is 50 miles away, whereas Mr. Road Rage is less than 20 feet away. What then?
Have you ever in your life lived outside a major metropolitan area? Have you ever in your life dealt with an honest-to-God emergency?
Look at all the left lane blockers in this video. Obviously all very rude drivers who don't know the left lane is for passing only. As usual the second lane on the right seems to be moving the best.
So you want to be a left lane hog just at a faster speed? I thought the left lane was meant for passing? I'm confused here If you are in the left lane and the car in front of you is going slower then you it shouldn't matter because you are supposed to get back in the right lane when it's clear anyway....correct?
I don't "hog" the left lane at all but lots of reckless drivers like to do it going 20+ miles over the limit.
NO. When anyone passes, and it is safe to do so, they should move over.

Dont waste your time. "Invincible" is beyond help.
Excellent video, this should be a federal law since it would prevent many accidents.
