i been screwed by the big name tires stores and the so called safety policy, i have been turned away rom a simple tire repair, because my tires are nine years old. they are highs dollar michalands and are in still great shape with 90% thread. but the only way they work on it , was four new tires, they would not even let me air the tire up to get home

walmart is really good people when it comes to tires

Me, too. Just bought my first set from them this past winter, chose a Firestone near my home to install them, got a call when they came in, and it all went very smoothly! There were a ton more to choose from than any of the local places I checked to buy them. Plus they all had customer reviews and a very detailed comparison chart.
