What digs me is not going with the flow of traffic. If everyone is doing 70-75 then why not at least keep up, and we won't touch the left lane for passing because if you are going the speed limit and crawling by that truck in the middle lane you need to pay attention. To me it's courtesy, just be aware of your surroundings, check your mirrors often and if someone is coming up faster move over or speed up to get to the open spot to move. Also indicate your intention with the signal as that can very easily defuse and potential situation of them wildly swerving by or ripping past you in the right lane causing potential issues for others.
If I come up behind someone and they notice and put their signal on, I hold back and wait for them to move. I'll even toss a wave of thanks.
