I have a 2003 Toyota camry and its starting to run ruff while driving, did oil change with filters and still runs ruff. does it have a inline fuel filter on it ? or does it just need a tune up as of changing spark plugs and wires ? please help
I'd change plugs and wires as it could be the cause of the rough running issue and its a maintenance item that after 11 years probably needs to be done anyway.
You should have your throttle body cleaned. Have it done by someone who knows what they are doing or you can damage electronic components. Also have your MAF sensor cleaned.

Take the car to a competent mechanic or wait till UKROKZ tells you to throw seafoam in the gas tank and everything will be fine.
Throttle body cleaning will address idle problems and nothing else.
What does "ruff" mean? We hear this a lot and the engine is running perfectly but worn motor mounts are allowing excess noise and vibration to be transmitted to the occupants.
Get Harry Potter to wave his magic wand over it, and say ruff, ruff and all will be well again.
