I'd change plugs and wires as it could be the cause of the rough running issue and its a maintenance item that after 11 years probably needs to be done anyway.

what engine do you have, how many miles, have you maintained it to factory standards?

Is there a check engine light on?

The fuel filter is a part of the fuel pump assembly located underneath the rear seat cushion inside the fuel tank.

You should have your throttle body cleaned. Have it done by someone who knows what they are doing or you can damage electronic components. Also have your MAF sensor cleaned.

But how many miles do you have?

Take the car to a competent mechanic or wait till UKROKZ tells you to throw seafoam in the gas tank and everything will be fine.

Ha-ha. Yes I am no mechanic. But this is a common problem on these Gen 5 Camrys. I should know I have one.

If the OP posts his question here 5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011) - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums I bet most people would recommend a throttle body cleaning. Of course it can be as new plugs also but until the OP gives more info it's hard to say.

Throttle body cleaning will address idle problems and nothing else.

What does "ruff" mean? We hear this a lot and the engine is running perfectly but worn motor mounts are allowing excess noise and vibration to be transmitted to the occupants.

Get Harry Potter to wave his magic wand over it, and say ruff, ruff and all will be well again.
