Been my experience that IF your trying to get a job that requires you to drive for said company, they want you to have a clean record for the last 10 years.
Depends on the company. Usually they are receiving an insurance discount for hiring people with a certain driving record. It is doubtful one or two violations will matter unless they are for aggravated speeding or DUI or something like that.
