Half the parts I got from them were wrong. I have given up on Rock.

The issue was ease of use. Where did you look? I click on the make, model etc and nothing shows up under headlight assembly.

I have only used them once and it wasnt a good experience. Had to order the infamous Taurus blender-door actuator. Three different times they sent me the wrong side. I assume it was the wrong side. It certainly didnt fit.

I give a thumbs up to RockAuto as well.. Bought an exhaust manifold from them for my truck that was about $150 cheaper than I could find anywhere else.

Not sure how i'd feel about some parts, like electrical sensors and the like, especially if they were off-name parts.. But, based on my experience with them, i'd at least give them a shot.

They rock (pun intended). I only go to bricks and mortar stores when I need the part quickly and only go to the dealer when absolutely necessary.

Where do you see it and why is it such a chore to find it?

Again what is the engine size for your Explorer? 4.0, 4.9 or 5.0?

I didn't have trouble using the site. I plugged in the year, make and model. It then asked for engine size. Then there was a box for me to input the type of part. Then a list of parts in that category came up. IMO, it was easier to find what I needed than sites that require me to have a part number or in-depth knowledge about vehicle parts.
