Various cars do some mirror, wheel, and seat adjustments with the memory settings... I recall some Audis, BMWs, and the Corvette had these options... probably more. Just have took look at individual capabilities.

In this day and age of ultimate luxury or cool features figured this would be one of them. Not a question of laziness but of ultimate convenience

Yes, my 2003 Mercedes S55 has that insides rear view mirror position memory that is part of the seat, steering wheel, outside rear view mirrors position memory features. It works for people with different heights that they don't have to readjust inside rear view mirror, every time drivers are changed. It has close to 100,000 miles and still works accurately. I am happy for that. I believe Mercedes discontinued that feature in subsequent years, not sure if it was too many people had troubles how it worked or too many or expensive repairs for warranty. As far as I am concern, it works every time driver changes. I think it will work for a long long time, because it is solid and not a flimsy construction.

If people (users, as well as servicemen) do not know how it works, and warranty were to apply, it becomes expensive to fix.

My Lexus has memory everything but since I am the only driver it doesn't matter. Most cars are single driver.

Driver's seat memory is a luxury I would love for both our cars. The amount of adjustments available on today's vehicles are far more than sliding forward or reverse and adjusting angle of seat back. Once the seat position has been changed by another driver, it can take days or weeks to get it back exactly the way it was before. Power side mirrors are easy to add to the adjustment on the seat memory. However, center rear view mirror is the easiest thing to adjust once you are seated correctly.

I think it would be a great feature to have. My wife and I share vehicles, so we're always adjusting it back and forth. At least we have the memory feature for the seats and mirrors.
