how much would a 1973 Plymouth Fury III sell for at 6 years old in 1979? Fair to poor interior, fair exterior.

I ask because when I was 17 i looked at the car which was 4 sale in a used car lot but the interior was so unappealing I couldn't consider it

the original price was probably between $3500 and $4000

so I wonder if i had bought it then how much would the price be?

Somehow I ended up keeping the 1981 Consumer reports used car rating and price guide my dad had when looking for a car at that time, guess since I was a couple years away from getting a license I thought it was useful.

Anyways, yes it is for 81, but still should give you somewhat of an idea. Lists a 73 Fury between 375 and 975. If you were to move up 2 years to a 75 Fury that would be in the 525 to 1400 range..

The best thing to do is look through old newspapers at the library.
