IACV and MAF cleaning should do it, if not the EGR vave might need cleaning too, but sounds like an intake problem. Don't forget to change the airfilter while your at it.
The MAF can not be cleaned because a MAF is not used in this application.
I had the same exact thing happen to me recently when the temp dropped from 60 degree F to 20 overnight, and the gas tank was nearly empty.
Next morning, car was sputtering and stalling. OBD reader showing car was running lean and misfiring on all cylinders. I assumed it was condensation/frozen water in the tank. I dumped a can of seafoam into the tank. Revved the engine like crazy until the tail pipe stopped emitting white smoke and the engine ran smoothly again.
I'm pretty sure if I bought the car to the mechanic, he would say I need a new MAF, Spark plugs, ignition coils, air filter, gas filter, 02 sensor etc, etc, and give me a $5000 bill that an $8 can of seafoam fixed.
