I like higher gas prices. Less smog and traffic on the road.

My area currently boasts the cheapest prices in the State of Maine, according to Maine Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in Maine.

Of course, it didn't go down until after I paid the higher price to fill my car up. Such is my luck, I guess. Hopefully the prices stays down until the next time I need gas. It's at $2.979 right now in Belfast, Maine.

Yet there's still a fifty cent or so difference here between regular and premium. Whatever happened to +10c, +20c for midgrade and premium?

Used to be 10 cent difference between grades when I started driving. 79c, 89c, and 99c. Now it's usually 3.29, 3.59 and 3.79. The price difference between grades started growing when gas prices climbed above $2/gallon.
