What inspection are you talking about? I am not following your question.

If I go to private shop, will it affect my warranty? Or, as long as I get a receipt, I'll be OK?

Are you just talking about for general service? I have a 2011 with extended warranty and I have never taken it to a dealer. I take it to an independent shop that's highly qualified and with a great reputation. The dealership have a large and very busy service department with not a very good local reputation. They are always backlog and when you take it in for an oil change, that's all they do. The shop I take it to, does an 18 point full service oil change every time. The dealer never topped off any of my coolants and fluids so I learn my lesson from the previous car I had.
