Typical Craigslist scam Use Craigslist cautiously, and it will be good to you. But if you don't keep your guard up, it can be very, very bad to you. I use it to buy used furniture, find garage sales, look for discount stores I haven't heard of, etc. I don't buy cars, get a roommate, or buy cell phones on it.
