It's like Italy. A drivers license is just a suggestion.
It gets worse. In Calgary, the only city I've seen this, the drivers sloooowwww down almost to a fulllllll stop, just before turning into a driveway off of main drags like 17th. It's really common here with everyone.
The other thing they do is stop..............behind the intersection is a pedestrian ..........appears to be....about to ............maybe .....cross the road. Last year I saw three rear enders pile into the car ahead of them that has stopped for that reason. The pedestrian then looked up from their cell phone and turned down the sidewalk. Only in cowboy land. Weird.
