I get so sick of this, getting stuck behind a pickup with trash blowing off the back of it, mostly fast food bags, cans, and plastic bottles (some of which ends up in my front yard). It's like some people use the back of their truck as a dump, and I bet their house looks like a dump as well.

A few days ago I was driving along and a huge piece of cardboard blew off of the truck ahead of me. It landed on my hood and windshield before blowing off and being hit by the car behind me. At first I thought "well it's just cardboard", but when I got home I noticed what looked like cement dust and long deep scratches on my hood and wiper arms (I have dark blue paint). I spent almost an hour buffing my hood all because some idiot couldn't keep his trash contained.

Rant over.

People underestimate how stuff can fly out of the back of a pick up. It is not just paper cups and nylon bags. Air flow lifts planes off the ground. I tie everything down no matter how small or light.

Using covered garbage cans secured with bungee cords works well for transporting garbage in the back of a pickup. (that's what I do) I am amazed at the slobs that make no effort to control their litter.

Hunters are some of the worst ones around here, during hunting season it's common to see those big 50lb deer corn bags, as well as cheap dog food bags (from feeding their hounds which they later abandon) along the roadside. They fill their deer feeders, toss the bag on the back of the truck and hit the road.

Sadly, Southernnaturelover . . . far too many goons out there just don't give a crap about anyone other than themselves.

Thank Goodness for KARMA.

This and people that do not stay in their lane but drift into the shoulder and kick up rocks, over it.

Is hunting season open all year long in Floribama?

I live kinda close to a dump.

The number of dummies that have uncovered loads of junk/garbage flying all over the place is pathetic. The roads near the dump are very, very trashy, literally.

Sounds like houston. I have seen all kinds of crap on the freeway.
Most popular item on the back of a truck are mattresses, tide down with a string.
