So I came out to a wonderful snow covered morning and notice that my 78GMC leaked out enough transmission fluid to go from the top of the driveway clear down to the sidewalk. I moved it into the street shortly after.
anyhow, I rent in a one of those subdivisions where everyone is working class, but they try and make it look like more than that with a bunch of CC&R's....
I will feel some heat for this i am sure, so are there any tips that will help get at least SOME of that fluid out out of the driveway? There is no way I can pay to redo a driveway.
Firstly, high pressure hose with vinyl brush, with a fresh stain this may work good. Concrete is porous so it needs to be cleaned quickly. If there are remaining stains rent a good pressure washer(2500 psi+). Simple Green is one of the few chemicals that should help. Use diluted muratic acid(5/1) as last resort.

You can use tide laundry detergent along with some scrubbing, after you clean it lay down a thin layer of kitty litter, use your feet and scuff it up, it works very well.
