Truck nuts, confederate flags mounted in various locations and styles, a mural of a buck or wolf howling at the moon on the back window, a little guy taking a leak on an auto manufacturer logo, random installation of stick on chrome accents, chain link license plate bezel, skull with lighted red eyes in receiver.... all of that, super classy.
Just plain dumb. At least make the rest of your truck more human like if you're gonna do that. Eye lashes, hair, some random arms. Oh wait that would look stupid?
