And yet another question. As long as the truck is going to be taken apart, anyway, should I just go ahead and replace the water pump? It's never been replaced and the truck has over 200,000 miles on it. Is thhis a case of it "if it works, don't fix it," or should I consider it more along the lines of standard maintenance?
You guys have really been helpful. Thanks again!

You should be fine with the radiator with out trans cooler lines.
If there is an oil cooler it would most likely be a separate unit.
I looked on rock auto again your water pump is driven off of your timing belt.
If you change your timing belt you should change you water pump or if you change your water you should change timing belt.
If you have 200000 miles on your truck and your timing belt has not been changed I would not even drive until it was. If your timing belt breaks it is most likely going to ruin your engine.
