I drive my car lately and I notice my back wheel shakes some. Do I need to fix this wheel and how much will it cost me?

it could be the alignment or it could be that your rear brake rotors are bad.

Does it happen when you brake or just while driving?

An alignment usually runs about $75. New rear brake pads and rotors can be about $400-500.

You can go to a shop (Goodyear, Firestone) and get a free estimate.

Just while driving. That's all.

What do you exactly mean when you say it "shakes"?
IDK, but sounds pretty dangerous and I would get it checked out asap.

But looks like your car has been sitting for a while? It could well be that the tire developed a flat spot.

It could also be bad wheel bearings. As usual, there are too many possible problems that cause that symptom for anyone to diagnose over the internet. At the very least, it would require jacking up the car and wiggling the wheel for someone knowledgeable to make a guess, but it will really take pulling off the tire and close inspection to be sure. Another clue comes from the tire - does it show any unusual wear pattern, or different wear compared to the other side?

Some good advice but all speculation. We are on the Internet.
Op can't properply describe the situation.

We cannot diagnose a car over the Internet. Most of us can only advise you on what to do or where to go.

Do yourself a favor and every one else on the road. Before you hurt someone driving behind you.

Take it into a shop. It could be as simple as a bubble in the tire. But I am just guessing.

Sounds like one of your tires is worn out incorrectly (probably due to unbalanced wheel). Have your wheels checked out.
