I think it just shows more demand than limited production like others.

Default Chrysler suspends orders of the Hellcat

Someday I will have one of these in my driveway... someday!

I'll wait a couple years for them to work out the (inevitable) bugs and the frenzy dies down though.

I like the Hellcat but if I were looking to buy a SRT Challenger myself I would go for the Mid-Range of the pack SRT 392 Version I mean 475HP 6.4 lier N/A Hemi 6-piston Brembo brakes up front and enough power to be a fun track toy as well as a great daily driver....

But with a price $20K-30K less then the Hellcat it seems to be the best bang for the buck in Dodges line up IMO plus the SRT-8 392 Jeep Grand Cherokee is also fun but able to haul more then just butt so I would add one of those on my list if I were in the market for a vehicle like those.

I love this video of the 2012 SRT-8 JGC that is a true badass SUV that actually is great both on road and getting dirty off-road

If I owned one, it most certainly would not be parked in a driveway.....it would be locked-up indoors. That would be my problem with owning such a car, I would be too anal/paranoid to fully enjoy it...

Same here, Charger SRT 392 for me to replace my current R/T. For me, 707HP for a daily driver is just overkill. Just a little.

It sure is nice to bring back the muscle cars of the past. IMO still the best looking It reminds me when I was 16 in the early 70s. Muscle cars are like a fine wine only get better with age. Just like classic rock still the best and nothing even comes close to it. You cant even compare american classic muscle car to any import. And the raw power of these muscle cars was something else.
