1967 Olds 442 hardtop. 1968 Corvette convertible. Wrecked the 442 leaving us with just the Vette and the wife wanted to start a family. Bye bye Corvette.

NEW cars I have bought......

1964 Chevy Malibu SS
1968 Plymouth Fury hardtop
1972 Cuda 340
1988 Chevy Nova ( twin to Toyota Corolla)
1997 Mercury Tracer
1999 Mercury Tracer
2007 Toyota Camry

Cars I wish I still had ?

The only thing I should not have sold was my 1977 Yamaha 650 motorcycle that I bought new for $1450.

Cars..........they all served me very well and I was well satisfied with each one.
Not a lemon in the bunch !

But, I am satisfied with what I drive now ( 07 Camry)

When I cross a bridge, I don't keep looking back.

My first car was a 1969 Camaro RS. I wish I could have saved it and restored it. I knew it was special back then and it would be worth more then what I bought it for in the 70's. ($1200) I cried when I sold it but when you're young and poor sacrifices have to be made. I still have dreams about it to this day,

This one.
I had it 21 years, and the day I sold it, it looked and ran as good as it did when new.
78 Mark v Diamond Jubilee edition with custom top and paint.;
The interior was well appointed, and extremely comfortable.
The guy that bought it flew out from St Louis, and drove it back the next morning.

Bob.

1998 Toyota Sienna
1990 Toyota Pickup(Hilux), made a great beater cause it was rusty, but engine was bulletproof.
1999 Lexus RX300
2001 Toyota 4Runner

Those were much more reliable than the junk I had owned shortly after.(Honda Passport, BMW X3, Chevy Silverado).

The two things that come out of my husband's mouth when we see an older (esp. Mopar) car:

1. I used to have one those.

2. I've always wanted one of those.
