They are both at the same price point but I give the edge in styling to the Q50. Name-wise, I am not sure what carries more weight; Infiniti or Lexus. There are similar lease offers on both.
Name wise, I would guess that Lexus carries more weight in terms of reliability and customer service.
However, I would go with the Q50 for the looks and driving dynamics.
