Just the other day, I went to the local Walmart, parked my car, and as I was walking toward the store, I noticed a vehicle parked in a handicapped spot with no wheelchair plate or placard in the window. After looking around the car to make sure, I ended up reporting it at the customer service desk. What would you have done?

Walmart?
I doubt they even care.
As for reporting it? There is no point. Those who are going to do it will continue to do so.
No I would not. Is it wrong to park there without proper identification? Yes. But I don't feel the infraction is worth my time or effort to report it. I draw the line with things like leaving children or dogs in hot cars or anything else that is dangerous to ones life.
No.
More then likely, they will be gone before they cops arrive to ticket it anyway (assuming Customer Service had initiative to do something about the report to begin with). I probably wouldn't notice to begin with, anyway.
Call me the busybody then I have been handicapped and couldn't find a close handicapped space, and had to use my crutches a LONG way in the rain across the parking lot. I was pretty pissed to find someone parked there that didn't have a plate or a placard.
My dad has one of those placards but sometimes forgets to hang it so he would've been ticketed. I think the stiff fine is enough deterrent that I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Plus I'm not that nosy.
