So... we recently purchased a beautiful 2013 Prius III and now I'm in need of waterproof seat covers for the front seats. Why, you ask? I'm a social worker and a lot of the clients I transport are/were homeless and have a myriad of medical issues, including being incontinent.
The items I've found either
1) Are meant to be taken off/on after each use (I prefer a permanent solution)
2) Are not a typical car seat cover style in that they are secure... the styles I've found move around.
I'm okay with a little DIY to get this done, if needed. However, I'm not terribly crafty.
The interior of our vehicle is dark grey, for what it's worth.
One of the issues with seat covers is blocking any seat mounted air bags. I saw some advertised a couple weeks ago without sides but I don't remember where.

Yea, that's the frustrating part I'm experiencing right now. I just want this vehicle to be well maintained and nice for years to come.
